6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Refunds may be considered only if the AI text generation service was not delivered as described, was not accessible due to technical issues from our end, or was canceled before text generation.
6.2. Customers can cancel orders before text generation for a full refund of unused credits. Once the AI text has been generated and credits have been used, no refund will be processed except as described in section 6.1.
6.3. To request a refund, customers must contact support within 3 days of purchase, providing relevant details and proof of the issue.
